Error-typed deserialize function.
Like DeserializeFn, but returns the reified value boxed as a
dyn std::error::Error so it can be attached as the source of an
unhandled error. Error-registry entries carry one of these in addition to
the type-erased DeserializeFn; primary-registry entries do not.
