The Smithy service shape’s version, stored in a [ConfigBag] by generated clients.

awsQuery puts this on the wire as the Version= form parameter, so it is a request-shaping fact that only the model knows. Stored for the same reason as ServiceShapeName: a customer can select awsQuery via Config::builder().protocol(..) on a client generated for some other protocol, and could not otherwise supply the right value.
